Yes, it's easier for children to learn new languages. They absorb information like a sponge. It's harder for adults, but that doesn't mean all is lost. I started learning English last year when I was 32. I had moved to a new country and needed to integrate somehow. A new acquaintance advised me to start studying with promova.com.
